Ido Planning (CEO Jeong Seong-eun) announced the launch of 'God of Real Estate' (Budongsan-ui Sin), a service that uses a color market-price map to let users grasp apartment prices and actual transaction prices by region at a glance, and even carry out direct transactions.
On God of Real Estate, users can identify the prices, actual transaction prices, and jeonse-to-sale price ratios of apartments nationwide through a color map with Web-GIS-based infographics. In other words, just like an election vote-counting broadcast, users can grasp changes in apartment prices by region at a glance through changes in color. This color map is also linked to region-specific news and bulletin boards, so customers can access the latest news for the regions they are interested in and share the various opinions, perspectives, and information of many people on the bulletin boards.
In addition, God of Real Estate provides an electronic contract system for sales, jeonse, and monthly rent, along with a step-by-step transaction checklist, so that anyone can easily draft an apartment transaction contract. Furthermore, to prevent false listings, when a property is first registered, the listing is only registered after an analysis of the certified copy of the register confirms that the person applying to register the listing matches the actual owner of the property, and false real estate listings will also be reported and verified through the Korea Internet Self-governance Organization (KISO). Through this, customers can carry out apartment direct transactions more conveniently and thoroughly with zero brokerage fees.
