‘KOREA BUILD WEEK,’ a specialized construction, architecture, and interior exhibition hosted by exhibition specialist Messe Esang Co., Ltd., will be held for five days from February 26 to March 1, 2020, at KINTEX in Ilsan.
KOREA BUILD WEEK is composed of specialized exhibitions spanning five industries in total: architecture, interiors, fine dust, real estate, and landscaping. As it integrates related exhibitions, mutual synergy effects are anticipated. △‘KOREA BUILD,’ a comprehensive exhibition of building materials and equipment △‘Interior Design Korea,’ a total interior design trend exhibition △‘Clean Air Expo,’ an exhibition of fine dust reduction solutions △‘Kyunghyang Real Estate Fair,’ which presents real estate investment strategies △‘Gardening Design Korea,’ which showcases garden and landscape design
It is the largest exhibition of its kind in Korea among architecture, construction, and interior exhibitions. A total of 1,000 companies related to premium domestic and international building materials, architecture, and construction will participate, spread across 3,200 booths. The exhibition area reaches 70,476㎡. Industry buyers, professionals, and representatives from related institutions will attend to hold on-site consultations and conduct business with participating companies.
The event provides new business opportunities not only domestically but also with overseas buyers. It supports participating companies in developing overseas sales channels through the expanded recruitment of overseas buyers and participating companies, the hosting of export consultation sessions, and the invitation of overseas media.
KOREA BUILD, the flagship exhibition of the architecture industry sector within KOREA BUILD WEEK, is currently recruiting participating companies and will close applications on a first-come, first-served basis during December. Eligible exhibit items include all products related to building materials, interiors, and architectural design/construction. Detailed items include structural/exterior materials, insulation materials, windows and doors, painting and waterproofing materials, construction tools/related equipment, interior finishing materials, lighting, bathrooms, kitchens, home interiors, heating/cooling/ventilation systems, home network systems, elevators/parking facilities, architectural design/construction, and landscaping materials/public facilities.
The secretariat offers various benefits for participating companies. When companies place advertisements in newspapers, magazines, and the like, advertising costs are subsidized if one quarter of the page is filled with advertising provided by the secretariat. Banners for posting at business sites, which can publicly promote exhibition participation, are provided free of charge.
