Coway (CEO Suh Jang-won), a best life solution company, announced that it has renovated and reopened 'Coway Gallery,' a brand experience and sales store, at the Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul.
The Coway Gallery Yongsan I'Park Mall store is Coway's fourth directly operated store. Following the Gangnam Nonhyeon, Guro G Tower, and Giheung Living Power Center stores, it was established to expand opportunities for customer experience and communication. Buoyed by the strong response to the I'Park Mall pop-up store operated for three months from December last year, the store was renewed into a permanent location with its size doubled.
The store operates in the same location as the previous pop-up store, on the 5th floor of the Living Park at Yongsan I'Park Mall, and its expanded size allows customers to explore a wider range of products. Experience elements and the interior of the display space have been enhanced so that customers can examine and purchase around 60 products in detail, including water purifiers, air purifiers, mattresses, and massage chairs.
At the new store, customers can freely try out key products of the sleep and healing care brand 'BEREX,' such as the smart mattress and the MINE massage chair. In particular, through the 'Experience Mode' prepared for visiting customers, it is possible to experience just the core functions within a short time.
To commemorate the opening of the Coway Gallery Yongsan I'Park Mall store, Coway is holding a variety of events. Customers who visit the store and complete a product experience mission are given a chance to participate in a lucky ball draw, with prizes randomly awarded including the Coway MINE massage chair, Coway Noble air purifier, room spray, dish soap bar, and coffee coupons. Every customer who purchases a product at the store receives a Sopraum goose-down pillow as a gift, with additional gifts such as Allermang bedding and a WMF tableware set offered depending on the product category. The event may end early once supplies run out.
