Marble specialist Total Stone Industry Co., Ltd. (CEO Min Tae-sik, hereinafter Total Stone) has opened its ‘Seoul Showroom’ in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul.
Following its existing Bundang showroom, Total Stone has opened the Nonhyeon-dong showroom to create a space that improves accessibility and communication with consumers, offering not only general consumers but also designers a place where they can encounter and experience marble comfortably and easily. Total Stone’s ‘Seoul Showroom’ is a comprehensive marble showroom furnished with a gallery, showroom, lounge and more, featuring a variety of stone materials including ‘Le Marble,’ Total Stone’s natural marble furniture brand. The ‘Seoul Showroom’ is a space where new attempts stand out—from a gallery created in collaboration with artists to express the beauty of marble, to a display of big-slab porcelain tiles, which are gaining attention as a new material. In addition, it adopts a one-stop system of display–consultation–purchase, so that customers can see the beauty and diverse applications of natural marble firsthand and purchase the materials right away, adding to its convenience.
Total Stone’s ‘Seoul Showroom’ comprises a total of eight floors, from one basement level to the seventh floor above ground. △ The first basement level is a space where customers can view all of Total Stone’s building materials at a glance, and includes an area for consultations with customers. △ The 1st floor, with a gallery concept, displays natural marble works created in collaboration with domestic artists, and △ the 2nd floor exhibits products from ‘Atlas Plan,’ the big-slab porcelain tile brand of the Atlas Concorde Group, Italy’s largest tile manufacturer. △ Floors 3 to 5 are arranged so that visitors can see and experience for themselves a variety of furniture products from ‘Le Marble,’ Total Stone’s natural marble furniture brand. △ Floors 6 to 7 are configured as a lounge for exhibiting various imported furniture and for consultations.
A Total Stone official said, “The Seoul Showroom is designed so that visitors can see and feel a variety of products and furniture, including natural marble materials, allowing them to easily choose the stone they want,” adding, “The entire showroom is designed to bring out the diverse colors and patterns of stone while creating a natural mood, providing general consumers with a wealth of things to see and offering designers a space where they can even gain inspiration for interiors.”
Meanwhile, Total Stone, founded in 1999, is Korea’s largest marble company, directly importing a wide range of stone types from around the world and processing and selling them. With Korea’s largest ultra-large comprehensive exhibition hall spanning some 7,000 pyeong and a collection of over 500 types of stone, Total Stone now has its third exhibition hall in Korea with the opening of this Seoul Showroom.
