Hyundai Livart & Large-Scale Resort on Yeongjong Island
Supplying Furniture and Interior Accessories
Hyundai Livart will supply furniture, interior accessories and other items worth 35 billion won to a complex resort being built on Yeongjong Island in Incheon.
Hyundai Livart, a total interior company, announced that it has signed an FF&E (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment) contract with Inspire Entertainment Resort to supply a full range of furniture, lighting, artwork and comprehensive living accessories. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both companies, including Hyundai Livart President Yoon Ki-cheol, Inspire Entertainment Resort CEO Ray Pineault, and James Gessner, Chairman of Mohegan, the parent company of the Inspire project.
Inspire Entertainment Resort is scheduled to be built within the Third International Business District of the Incheon Free Economic Zone, with a target completion date of 2023. Covering a total area of 4.367 million ㎡, it will feature a five-star hotel with approximately 1,200 rooms, a multipurpose performance venue with 15,000 seats, convention facilities, an indoor water park, a casino and more.
Under this contract, Hyundai Livart will provide total interior services for major facilities within Inspire Entertainment Resort, including the hotel, casino and banquet halls, and will also supply furniture and interior accessories. In addition, the company will exclusively handle the entire FF&E supply business, from design and engineering to production, supply, transportation and installation. The contract is worth approximately 35 billion won.
Hyundai Livart President Yoon Ki-cheol said, “We plan to provide the highest quality products and services for the Inspire Entertainment Resort development project on Yeongjong Island in Incheon,” adding, “Through our FF&E supply, we will create differentiated spaces and thereby contribute to delivering new experiences to customers who visit the resort.”
