North America's Largest Office Furniture Exhibition

Presenting the Future of Office Furniture

Fursys, a company specializing in office furniture, participated in 'DesignDays 2024' from June 10 to 12, presenting a new horizon for office culture.

DesignDays is North America's largest office furniture exhibition, held in Chicago, USA. Every year, some 40,000 professionals and corporate representatives from around the world gather at the event to introduce design trends and new products. At this event, Fursys operated an independent showroom spanning approximately 337 pyeong (1,114㎡) under the concept of a 'Good to Work' office, showcasing the brand's vision and products. As Fursys' first pop-up showroom in the United States, it highlighted the originality unique to Fursys, Korea's leading office furniture company. Global office furniture brands such as HermanMiller and Humanscale also took part in this year's DesignDays.

At the event, Fursys presented the need for changes in future work environments in line with the global Hybrid Work trend. In particular, it emphasized that in today's environment, where hybrid work has become commonplace, the office should be a space that is good to work in and one that can enhance the experience of communication and collaboration, and it showcased a variety of products to that end. On display were not only the Motion Desk series commonly adopted in the offices of global companies, but also the 'FX-1 Workstation,' which is simple yet allows for diverse modular configurations; 'WEYARD,' a table that supports communication and collaboration; and 'ABIERTO,' whose design carefully considers hands-on leaders.

Fursys operated five concept work zones (Good to Work, Good to Gather, Good to Connect, Good to Inspire, and Welcome Lounge) comprising a total of 23 product series, offering an experience in which members of a hybrid work environment can connect with one another, exchange inspiration, and grow together.

A Fursys official said, "Through our participation in DesignDays this year, we showcased an innovative and sustainable work environment and presented a new paradigm for the workplace," adding, "Going forward, we will strive to lead the global office furniture market with office furniture that embodies Fursys' distinctive strengths."
