Bountiful benefits with a little extra added for autumn, through October 31
After purchasing a product, visit the promotion page and register your purchase
Festool Korea, a premium power tool company whose products are designed and manufactured with German engineering technology, is running its autumn customer 'Chu-Chu Promotion,' which adds bountiful benefits for the fall season, from September 1 through October 31.
The 'Chu-Chu Promotion — extra upon extra' is a limited-quantity fall event that may end without prior notice once the prepared stock runs out. The promotion is completed only after you purchase a promotional product and then visit the promotion page to register your purchase. In addition, if a promotional product is returned due to a change of mind on the customer's part, any complimentary product received free of charge must also be returned to the authorized dealer where it was purchased.
Under the extra-upon-extra Chu-Chu Promotion, customers who purchase the mobile dust extractor (CTL 26 KR) together with the Domino (DF 500 KR) receive a complimentary eccentric sander (ETS 150/5 EQ KR); those who purchase the 18V cordless jigsaw (PSBC 420 KR or PSC 420 KR) receive a complimentary accessory Systainer (ZH-SYS-PS 420); and those who purchase the 18V cordless multi-cutter (OSC 18 KR) receive a complimentary 4.0Ah Bluetooth battery (BP 18Li4.0HPC-ASI). Importantly, the promotional benefit for the mobile dust extractor CTL 26 and the Domino DF 500 applies only when the two are purchased together.
In addition, Festool is currently conducting an important safety notice worldwide regarding the Festool sliding miter saw models KS 88 and KS 120 produced and sold between 2007 and February 2010. As a precautionary consumer protection measure, the company is asking consumers to check whether products manufactured during the noted period are subject to the recall.
Customers can check whether a product is subject to the recall by entering the part number (T number) and serial number (S number) on the website (www.festool.com/retrofit), and any customer who owns a product subject to the recall should notify Festool immediately. For products subject to the technical corrective measure, replacement of the electronic control unit and a safety inspection are carried out free of charge, and corrective measures for affected products sold in Korea are being handled by Festool Korea.
The corrective measure service under this recall notice will continue on an ongoing basis with no specific end date. More detailed information about the safety notice for the Festool sliding miter saw models KS 88 and KS 120 manufactured and sold between 2007 and February 2010 can be found on the Festool Korea corporate website and on the eligibility check page (www.festool.com/retrofit).
Furthermore, by searching for 'Festool' on the corporate website of premium power tool company Festool Korea (www.festool.co.kr) or on KakaoTalk Plus Friend and adding it as a friend, customers can receive news of the various events Festool Korea runs, as well as company information.
