LG Hausys (CEO Min Kyung-jip) announced that it has reopened its flagship store 'Z:IN Square' following a renovation.
Z:IN Square is a showroom with a total floor area of 1,690㎡ (approximately 510 pyeong) located on Furniture Street in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, offering customers comprehensive solutions ranging from materials consulting to design proposals and connections with construction contractors. Since opening in 2014, it has hosted cultural events such as living flea markets and interior seminars, evolving into an interior complex cultural space visited by an average of some 2,700 people per month.
This renovation reflects visitors' demand for a showroom they can reference when remodeling, and is designed to let visitors experience the interior know-how widely used in recently reconstructed apartments and similar projects.
A key feature of the new Z:IN Square is that the space has been reconfigured around the customer to enhance convenience. The first floor, which recreates actual residential spaces using a selection of the most premium product lines among the building materials currently sold by LG Hausys, has been arranged as a model house so that visitors can browse products suited to different types of housing. In particular, reflecting the latest interior trends, it showcases residential spaces specialized for kitchens as well as residential spaces that make diverse use of alpha (bonus) rooms.
In addition, the kitchen and bathroom spaces—where remodeling demand has been rising recently—have been strengthened, and price information for the materials applied in each space is provided as well, enhancing convenience for consumers who actually wish to make a purchase.
Beyond this, a pop-up exhibition space composed of strategic product lines and new products that highlight LG Hausys' technological capabilities can also be found on the first floor. Here, visitors can encounter LG Hausys' eco-friendly materials as well as energy-saving products, and this space is scheduled to be continuously updated.
