28 outstanding dealerships selected as first-class members; inauguration ceremony held on the 16th
Metrics span sales performance and policy compliance, including revenue, customer satisfaction and transparent management
Hanssem Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jin-tae), a comprehensive home interior specialist, announced that it has introduced the ‘Hanssem Honors Club’ membership program for outstanding dealerships starting in 2023, and held the inauguration ceremony for the first class of the ‘Hanssem Honors Club.’ The event was attended by the owners and staff of 28 outstanding dealerships.
The ‘Hanssem Honors Club’ is a program that identifies dealerships that have delivered exceptional customer experiences and recognizes them as outstanding dealerships. Hanssem plans to select ‘Honors Club’ dealerships once each in the first and second halves of the year. Outstanding dealerships were selected through a comprehensive evaluation of sales performance and dealership-policy-compliance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction and transparent management. For the first class of the ‘Honors Club,’ Hanssem selected a total of 28 dealerships—six top-tier dealerships at the ‘HH1 (Hanssem Honors 1)’ level and 22 outstanding dealerships at the ‘HH2’ level.
Whereas in the past outstanding dealerships were selected mainly on the basis of sales performance, the ‘Honors Club’ is distinguished by its rigorous application of service and quality metrics in addition to sales. In line with Hanssem’s ‘Unlimited Responsibility for Remodeling’ policy, dealerships that demonstrate expertise and a sense of responsibility to deliver satisfying customer experiences are recognized as outstanding dealerships.
On January 16, Hanssem held an event to celebrate the 28 dealerships selected for the first class of the ‘Hanssem Honors Club.’ At the event, an awards ceremony was held for the top-tier dealerships that reached the ‘HH1 (Hanssem Honors 1)’ level. A total of six dealerships were named as top-tier dealerships that provided differentiated customer experiences: ‘Bangbae Dealership’ in Bangbae-dong, Seoul; ‘Hyunhoo Design’ in Seocho-gu, Seoul; ‘Centum House’ in Wansan-gu, Jeonju; ‘Lions’ in Buk-gu, Daegu; ‘Design Group Modus’ in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do; and ‘Hanssem Kitchen A3 Dealership’ in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.
Jung Hyun-joo, CEO of Bangbae Dealership, which was selected for HH1, shared her dealership operating know-how, saying, “We invested actively in developing our staff, upgrading our showroom displays and attracting customers, and the key was making good use of Hanssem’s dealership support programs.” Bangbae Dealership began as an interior company, converted to a Hanssem dealership in 2019, and demonstrated its strength by ranking first nationwide among the roughly 900 dealerships of Hanssem’s Rehaus Business Division in 2022.
Hanssem CEO Kim Jin-tae shared his thoughts on the event, saying, “Last year we emphasized the value of Hanssem’s dealership business and the roles of the dealerships and the head office, and today it feels as though those efforts have borne fruit, at least in part.” He added, “We promise to regard our dealership owners as partners bound by a shared destiny and to implement policies that enable us to grow together; in return, we ask that our dealerships do their utmost to deliver customer experiences in accordance with the sales process that Hanssem emphasizes.”
