A new concept showroom that opens completed homes to the public as model houses

Offer your own home as a model house and receive up to 30% off

Hanssem Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Yu-jin) is running the Hanssem Rehaus 'Open House' event through December, using customers' homes where interior renovation has been completed as model houses within apartment complexes, while giving those customers up to 30% off their construction costs.

The Hanssem Rehaus 'Open House' is a new type of pop-up showroom that lets people tour a newly renovated home as if it were a model house. Customers who offer their completed home as an 'Open House' can receive a substantial discount on construction costs, and Hanssem is able to open showrooms in apartments across the country through these customers' homes, expanding its points of contact with customers.

Hanssem created the event after noting that homes often sit empty for a certain period between the completion of interior renovation and the residents moving in, allowing the homes to be viewed during this time. Hanssem plans to expand its interior pop-up showrooms centered on older apartment complexes where demand for interior renovation is high. This can create the effect of having the nearest Hanssem showroom—within the same apartment complex or the same building—established in locations across the country.

Striking discount benefits have also been prepared for customers who offer their completed home as an 'Open House.' Customers who provide their home as an open house for one week receive a 20% discount on the interior renovation, while those who provide it for a month or longer can receive a 30% discount. The discount event applies to customers who order a package of the kitchen plus three or more building material items, and basic construction costs such as demolition, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting are excluded from the discount.

Customers who visit an 'Open House' can look directly at a construction example in an apartment with exactly the same layout as their own home, obtaining interior design information in a differentiated way. They can also see how furniture and building materials were installed as a Hanssem Rehaus package, as well as the construction quality completed through Hanssem's direct in-house construction across all processes. In addition, interior specialists who have accumulated extensive remodeling experience in the local area provide customized consultation services.
