Hansol Homedeco (CEO Kim Kyung-rok) announced that it is rolling out a promotion for its drama-style viral campaign video ‘The Secret of the Floor’ and holding an event on the official Hansol Homedeco blog to celebrate the video’s release.
Through the ‘The Secret of the Floor’ video, Hansol Homedeco aims to make a lasting impression of Hansol SB Maru’s strengths with an unexpected twist and the actors’ lighthearted performances. The video cleverly reinterprets the meaning of “floor” at its finest, delivering a comedic twist with lines such as “Manager, your fashion sense is on the floor.” The video’s epilogue adds even more amusement with an episode featuring a phone call between a son and his mother.
Hansol Homedeco is holding an event to celebrate the release of ‘The Secret of the Floor.’ You can take part by sharing the event on your blog, Instagram, or Facebook and leaving your interpretation of the floor’s meaning from the video as a secret comment. Among participating customers, a total of 100 will be selected by drawing to receive Starbucks mobile coupons and 30 will receive chicken coupons, and anyone can join.
A Hansol Homedeco official explained the intent behind the production, saying, “This video was planned to break free from the limits of being a flooring material and show a new side of Hansol Homedeco in order to communicate with a wide range of generations,” adding, “Going forward, we will continue to widely promote Hansol SB Maru to many consumers through a variety of content.”
Meanwhile, Hansol SB Maru is a reinforced wood flooring (gang-maru) that strengthens water resistance—a weakness of wood flooring—so that it barely deforms even when water penetrates the surface, and it is also strong against dents and pressure marks. In addition, when a defect occurs on Hansol SB Maru (standard) due to dents, scratches, and the like, only the flooring surface of the damaged area can be replaced for quick and convenient repair, without having to remove and reinstall the flooring plank by plank. It is earning a positive response from consumers by offering a reasonable price, stable quality, practicality, and a diverse portfolio. It uses Super-E0 materials, the nation’s highest eco-friendly grade, and is a flooring product harmless to the human body, with no added chemical components such as toluene, xylene, methylene, or styrene. Hansol SB Maru is a product recommended by the Korea Atopy Association and has obtained an anti-mold Grade 0 (the highest grade) test report.
Meanwhile, Hansol Homedeco recently launched ‘PF Board,’ an architectural insulation product. Hansol Homedeco’s ‘PF Board’ is a top-tier architectural insulation material that can dramatically prevent heat loss through building walls and roofs. It is a high-performance product that maximizes energy efficiency by foaming a thermosetting plastic resin in an eco-friendly manner.
In addition, Hansol Homedeco’s PF Board is not easily flammable and generates no toxic gases in the event of a fire, making it safe; in recognition of this, it obtained semi-noncombustible certification from KTR (Korea Testing & Research Institute). The blowing gas used for foaming during production is an eco-friendly gas rather than the freon gas regulated under the 1987 Montreal Protocol, reducing carbon dioxide emissions during manufacturing.
