‘HSTB·CLINS’
A specialized bathroom interior brand
The after-sales (A/S) service coverage for Hwashin Ceramic Co., Ltd.'s bathroom and kitchen interior brand ‘HSTB’ and its sanitary ware brand ‘CLINS’ is being expanded beyond the existing Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, and Chungcheong regions to additionally include parts of Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Busan, and Gyeongnam.
The aim is to reduce the inconveniences that consumers and dealers may experience during bathroom installation by strengthening A/S service, thereby delivering customer-satisfaction service.
Previously, when product defects occurred in faucets or sanitary ware at bathroom interior sites, the interior contractor generally handled the A/S. However, during the process of determining whether the manufacturer or the contractor was at fault, there were cases in which A/S was not properly carried out or the response was delayed, causing inconvenience to consumers.
In response, Hwashin Ceramic announced that it is improving its A/S service policy by reinforcing its engineering staff and expanding its service coverage, so as to reduce inconvenience for consumers and dealers and to enable a faster response.
When a defective product occurs, the dealer applies for A/S through the responsible sales representative, and the head office then assigns an engineer. The assigned engineer and the consumer coordinate a schedule through consultation, after which the engineer visits the site to resolve the issue. A/S service is provided mainly in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Chungcheong, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Busan, and Gyeongnam, while Ulsan, Jinju, Goseong, and Tongyeong are excluded from the service area.
A Hwashin Ceramic head office official stated, “We will repay the consumers who trust and choose our products with fast on-site response capabilities and a well-prepared after-sales management system,” adding, “To minimize situations that may cause inconvenience to consumers and dealers, we will continue to expand and improve our head office-level A/S policy nationwide going forward.”
Meanwhile, ‘HSTB,’ a brand specializing in bathroom and kitchen interiors, is gaining great popularity by presenting faucets, washbasins, bathtubs, and more that reflect the latest trends, while ‘CLINS,’ a leading domestic sanitary ware brand, handles quality-verified toilets, washbasins, and faucets that are supplied to public facilities.
