Kumho Petrochemical Strengthens Online and Offline Consumer Touchpoints
Expanding Domestic Sales Network and Broadening Contact with General Consumers
Hugreen, Kumho Petrochemical's building materials brand, announced that it is recruiting new dealers nationwide and, alongside operating an online digital showroom, is moving to strengthen its online and offline consumer touchpoints.
In response to the sharp rise in consumer interest in indoor and outdoor interior design—reflected in trends such as "newlywed-terior" and "green-terior"—Hugreen has been expanding its dealer network every year as a way to broaden contact with general consumers and diversify its sales channels.
To newly contracted dealers, Hugreen plans to provide support that can drive stable revenue—ranging from the systematic customer management know-how it has built up over many years to windows-and-doors market trends, product training, and promotions—and to work on strengthening market competitiveness on the basis of solid cooperative relationships with its dealers.
Further details regarding the new dealer recruitment—including region, opening conditions, and required documents—are provided through the "Dealer Opening Inquiry" section on Hugreen's official website (www.hugreen.kr).
Heo Kwon-wook, head of Kumho Petrochemical's Building Materials Business Division, said, "Hugreen aims to diversify the channels through which it communicates with consumers—from offline dealers to the online digital showroom—and to actively embrace customers' new demands." He added, "Going forward, through multifaceted efforts such as arranging a wide range of marketing activities aimed at general consumers, we will secure brand competitiveness in the windows-and-doors market and, further, establish ourselves as a comprehensive building materials brand."
Meanwhile, last year Hugreen expanded its channel for communicating with consumers by launching a "digital showroom" on its official website, where visitors can examine the detailed design and functions of the company's major products. In addition, it has actively continued marketing activities aimed at providing tangible benefits to customers, such as window installation events, and—having featured actress Shin Min-a as its model for four consecutive years—it is also carrying out a variety of advertising and promotional activities for products that meet consumer needs and today's environmental concerns, such as the "Automatic Ventilation Window Pro."
