Officers scheduled for discharge from Marine Corps Headquarters visit the Hwaseong headquarters
Ventilation system donation event spreads a proper ventilation culture

Himpel (CEO Kim Jung-hwan), a company specializing in ventilation appliances, announced that it held a corporate tour program for officers of the Marine Corps Headquarters who are scheduled to be discharged.
As part of an on-site tour designed to select outstanding companies in Hwaseong and help discharge-bound officers return to society together with these companies, some 70 prospective discharge officers took part.
Through this event, Himpel provided the officers not merely with a company visit but with an opportunity to experience ventilation products firsthand, raising awareness of the importance of ventilation and indoor air quality. The event began with an opening address by Himpel CEO Kim Jung-hwan, followed by a ventilation system donation ceremony and a showroom tour. In addition, by donating two Huvben S ventilation systems to the Marine Corps Headquarters, Himpel encouraged the daily disease prevention and well-being of the troops.
The donated stand-type ventilation system 'Huvben S' features a high-performance multi-filter system that removes fine dust as well as various pollutants floating in the air. Equipped with a system that expels polluted indoor air outside and brings in fresh outdoor air—all without opening a window—it maintains a comfortable air quality.
An official from the Marine Corps Headquarters said, "For officers whose concerns about their career paths grow as discharge approaches, this small and medium-sized enterprise tour program—where they could see and feel things directly on-site rather than through a mere special lecture or training—served as strong motivation," adding, "With the COVID-19 and fine dust issues, we had considered ventilation important, and it was a meaningful opportunity to experience the technology of a company with 35 years of ventilation expertise and to appreciate the importance of indoor air quality."
Meanwhile, under its management philosophy of 'contributing to human health through air and energy technology,' Himpel, as a company specializing in ventilation appliances, is contributing to everyday disease prevention and energy savings through proper ventilation.
