Miele offers 1:1 purchase consultations alongside cooking tips from professional chefs

Held with a limited number of participants — one team per session — to help prevent COVID-19

Miele Korea, the Korean subsidiary of the German premium home appliance brand Miele, is launching a 1:1 Premium Purchase Consultation Service at the Gangnam and Cheongdam locations of the Miele Experience Center, in order to provide the best possible purchasing experience for the Generation 7000 series, Miele's most innovative new product lineup.

In the Miele 1:1 Premium Purchase Consultation Service, a professional chef demonstrates cooking using Miele's new products while participants watch the cooking process and receive personalized consulting. The service is designed so that customers can directly experience and easily understand the functional advantages unique to the Miele Generation 7000 series. Because customers can hear detailed explanations of the features and functions of Miele's new products from a professional chef, the service is especially useful for those interested in Miele ovens or induction cooktops. Another benefit is that, if customers wish, they can also receive in-depth purchase consultations from in-store experts, allowing them to go from hands-on experience to purchase all in one visit.

The cooking demonstrations feature menu items that can be prepared quickly and easily with the Miele Generation 7000 oven, such as finger food and petit desserts. Customers can also experience coffee made with the newly launched Miele Generation 7000 coffee machine and Miele premium coffee beans.

To help prevent COVID-19, this service will be conducted privately, allowing only a limited number of participants — one team per session — after thorough disinfection procedures. Reservations can be made by calling the Gangnam or Cheongdam locations of the Miele Experience Center, or by searching for "Miele Experience Center" on Naver. The service is held at the Gangnam location every Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., and at the Cheongdam location every Monday at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Participation is free.

Miele Korea stated that the Miele 1:1 Premium Purchase Consultation Service is a new type of event planned in a more private and premium format to announce the launch of the Generation 7000 series, Miele's most innovative new product lineup, and expressed hope that customers will fully experience, through this privately operated service, the everyday specialness that Miele's premium kitchen appliances bring.

Meanwhile, Miele is a German premium home appliance company with a 122-year tradition, and it has been beloved by many customers as the only company in the world to produce products with durability of up to 20 years. In fact, Miele ovens and induction cooktops are manufactured after undergoing approximately 4,000 hours of durability testing.
