Bringing Together Experts in Home Décor, Design, Craft and Lifestyle
The Essential Platform for All Interior Design Industry Professionals
‘Maison&Objet September 2022,’ the décor, design and lifestyle trade fair, will be held from September 8 to 12 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.
Maison&Objet aims to help businesses grow by discovering talent, fostering networking and providing inspiration through both its online platform and its physical exhibitions.
Holding two trade fairs a year as well as Paris Design Week—which each September brings together the creative energy of designers and brands in Paris—Maison&Objet is the essential platform for all interior design industry professionals.
Launched in 2016, MOM (Maison&Objet And More) enables consumers and brands to communicate all year round, release collections and build connections online. In addition, the Maison&Objet Academy has introduced an exclusive web channel that broadcasts monthly content focused on education and identifying market trends for industry professionals. Maison&Objet is also active across a number of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, WeChat and Talk, and has around one million members.
The theme of this September’s exhibition is ‘META SENSIBLE.’ Following two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the September Maison&Objet Paris fair invites visitors into a new world that everyone has dreamed of, one that reflects a desire for meaning and emotion.
This year’s Designer of the Year is Cristina Celestino, who was born in 1980 in Pordenone, Italy, and studied architecture at the University of Venice. Today, Studio Cristina Celestino focuses on exclusive projects, providing art direction and design work for private and corporate clients across sectors ranging from residential to hospitality.
In addition, the Netherlands has been selected for the Rising Talent Awards at the September exhibition, and Sanne Terweij has been named the winner of the Rising Talent Awards for craft.
