Royal Copenhagen, Four Lines
Beauty for the Newlywed Table
Available in limited quantities through the end of October to mark this year's fall wedding season, this Royal Wedding Edition can be found across a total of four lines. The lineup includes 'Blue Half Lace,' whose delicate and intricate lace-pattern decoration is completed through artisans' hand-painting; 'Blue Plain,' the brand's first-ever dinnerware line, which continues to be a beloved favorite; and 'Princess,' whose lovely charm stands out with lace decoration left only along the rim. These three lines feature compositions centered on Korean tableware, while 'Blue Full Lace'—Royal Copenhagen's top-tier line, representing the pinnacle of the ceramic craft—presents this wedding edition with a composition centered on teaware.
Among these, the wedding editions of the 'Blue Half Lace,' 'Blue Plain,' and 'Princess' lines are based on a two-person composition featuring three types of Korean tableware—a 'rice bowl,' a 'soup bowl,' and side-dish dishes—crafted to bring out the beauty of Korea's distinctive dining culture and graceful curves, allowing for an elegant table setting. In particular, this season's composition includes two 'Korean oval deep bowls,' designed as vessels for Korean water kimchi and optimized for individual serving, making them highly versatile for a variety of table settings. In addition, various forms of tableware—such as large side-dish bowls and bowls, deep plates, and noodle bowls—are included, so that a wide range of dishes, from Korean to Western cuisine, can be presented with an elegant touch.
The 'Blue Full Lace' wedding edition, a couple's teacup set, was carefully assembled from the most splendid teaware among all of Royal Copenhagen's collections. Its two-person composition—including a teapot, cups, and plates whose rim holes are hand-crafted by artisans and whose patterns are decorated with thousands of brushstrokes—adds elegance to a newlywed couple's teatime.
This fall's Royal Wedding Edition will be sold in limited quantities through October 31, and every customer who makes a purchase will receive a gift of the 'Blue Plain Small Vintage Vase,' a perfect accent piece for the newlywed table.
An official from Royal Copenhagen Korea said, "For this season's Royal Wedding Edition, we carefully selected pieces that are highly versatile for a variety of table settings, from Korean to Western cuisine," adding, "We hope you will create a beautiful newlywed table setting with ceramics completed through artisans' hand-painting and craftsmanship."
In addition, Royal Copenhagen Korea operates a 'Breakage Warranty Program' that replaces damaged products with new ones, so customers can use their pieces with peace of mind every day. Under the Breakage Warranty Program, even if a product breaks during use, it will be exchanged once free of charge for an identical product, provided that the damaged item and warranty certificate are presented within the two-year warranty period. 02-749-2002
