No. 1 in Newly Established Bidet Category in Its First Year
Coway announced that it has achieved a triple crown by being selected as No. 1 in three categories—bidets, water purifiers, and beds—in the ‘2025 Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)’ survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC). The KCSI is an index representing customer satisfaction with products and services across industries, and it is a leading customer satisfaction survey system recognized for having the longest history and greatest credibility in Korea.
Following its No. 1 rankings for nine consecutive years in the water purifier category and five consecutive years in the bed category, Coway was named the inaugural No. 1 company in the bidet category, which was newly established this year. In the bidet category consumer survey, Coway recorded 89.3 points, a score far superior to its competitors. It earned high marks in key evaluation items such as product performance, durability, and ease of maintenance, simultaneously demonstrating its technological capabilities and brand trust. In the water purifier category, Coway took first place for the 22nd time in total, reaffirming its status as the ‘nation’s water purifier.’ Coway’s water purifiers scored 88.7 points overall, showing a wide gap over competitors, and demonstrated outstanding competitiveness in detailed evaluation items such as the taste and quality of purified water, installation and after-sales service, and durability. In the bed category as well, Coway set a new all-time high score, proving the excellence of its sleep and healing care brand ‘BEREX.’
These achievements by Coway are the result of relentless product innovation with customer satisfaction as the top priority.
