‘Seoul Kyunghyang Housing Fair,’ Korea’s leading specialized exhibition for construction, architecture and interior design, will be held from April 23 to April 26 at SETEC near Hagyeoul Station.

Comprising outstanding companies in a wide range of building materials, country homes and interior design, the ‘Seoul Kyunghyang Housing Fair’ will feature 230 participating companies across 450 indoor booths and 100 outdoor booths. Special theme pavilions and professional seminars reflecting key issues in the construction, architecture and interior industries will be held alongside the exhibition, offering visitors a rich array of attractions.

The exhibits span all fields of building materials across 12 categories: interior/exterior finishing, structural and insulation materials; water supply/sanitary materials; heating, cooling and ventilation equipment; painting/waterproofing materials; landscaping/public facility materials; lighting/electrical equipment; housing design and construction; housing information/software; windows and doors/hardware; IoT/home security; construction tools/related equipment; and home interior.

Meanwhile, the ‘Kyunghyang Housing Fair’ is Korea’s first construction exhibition, first held in 1986. Among the Kyunghyang Housing Fairs held in six regions nationwide, the February show at KINTEX, the July show at COEX and the September show at BEXCO in Busan have been renamed Korea Build. The Daegu, Gwangju and Jeju ‘Kyunghyang Housing Fairs’ continue their reputation under the same name. Buoyed by visitors’ support, the organizer Messe Esang Co., Ltd. is building a new exhibition hall (Suwon Messe). When Suwon Messe is completed in July 2020, the Kyunghyang Housing Fair will also be held in Suwon.

More detailed exhibition information is available on the official Kyunghyang Housing Fair website (www.khfair.com). Inquiries can be directed to the Seoul Kyunghyang Housing Fair secretariat (1577-6695).
