The premium, high-end building-materials exhibition '2021 Housing Brand Fair,' featuring technologically advanced and competitive eco-friendly building materials, will be held at COEX from April 29 to May 2. This exhibition is significant in that it will be held concurrently with TOOLSHOW across the entire ground floor of COEX Halls A and B.
Every year, the '2021 Housing Brand Fair' showcases new technologies and the trends of next-generation residential culture to exhibitors and visitors alike, earning high levels of satisfaction.
The 2021 Housing Brand Fair aims to realize higher standards in domestic architecture and housing, promote technological development in the architecture and construction industries, lead the trends of next-generation residential culture, invigorate the market for tools and various industrial materials, spread smart living, and advance housing welfare.
The exhibition will be organized to maximize the promotional impact for exhibitors and the convenience and focus for visitors through co-hosted exhibitions and special showcases that set it apart from other architecture exhibitions.
'TOOLSHOW,' co-hosted by the Korea Industrial Materials Association and Lead Expo, will be held on an even larger scale than last year, and the Safety & Health Korea exhibition hall will be presented under the slogan 'Adding Safety to Architecture and Industry.' By holding the architecture exhibition and the tool exhibition during the same period, the event is being carefully prepared to deliver the greatest possible synergy across industries.
The Housing Brand Fair will provide a one-stop service so that everything can be seen at a glance, comprising competitive building materials and architecture-related items (structural materials, interior and exterior finishing materials, windows and doors, lighting, electrical equipment, painting and waterproofing materials, detached houses, building tools, smart homes, etc.), TOOLSHOW tools and industrial materials (electrical wiring and power tools, woodworking and interior tools, electric and pneumatic tools, civil engineering and construction tools, cutting and measuring tools, DIY/landscaping/hand tools, etc.), and SAFETY & HEALTH KOREA safety and health items (safety and protective gear, work-environment improvement safety supplies, transport and handling equipment, storage and management supplies, etc.).
Amid the many issues arising around holding exhibitions in the wake of the recent spread of COVID-19, the Housing Brand Fair exhibition secretariat is thoroughly preparing an exhibition quarantine management plan to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with new government guidelines.
