Improving ventilation system construction quality
Himpel (CEO Kim Jung-hwan), a company specializing in ventilation appliances, announced that it has conducted the 'ALL-Right Ventilation Equipment Installation Training' for dealers nationwide in order to improve the construction quality of ventilation systems and thereby raise customer satisfaction.
The ALL-Right Ventilation Equipment Installation Training is a training program designed to pass on the know-how in ventilation system installation and construction that Himpel has accumulated over 34 years to dealers nationwide, so that they can apply it in the field and thereby enhance customer satisfaction with and trust in ventilation systems.
This ALL-Right Ventilation Equipment Installation Training provided instruction on the features of Himpel's major ventilation appliances and their installation and construction methods. In addition, customized training was conducted to identify the points that must be considered when installing ventilation appliances according to housing type, such as detached and single-family homes, mixed-use commercial-residential buildings, and multi-household housing.
In particular, Master Craftsman Lee Sung-ok—the first-ever recipient of the master craftsman certification, a system granted to the top technical experts in the ventilation industry—personally led the training, raising the quality and satisfaction of the program.
A Himpel official said, "Because the construction quality of a ventilation system is directly linked to customer satisfaction, thorough installation and construction management is important," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to work to improve ventilation system construction capabilities and advance quality through various training programs, thereby delivering satisfaction to both our dealers and customers."
Meanwhile, Himpel is expanding its ventilation system service infrastructure through approximately 200 dealers nationwide. The company plans to recruit around 300 dealers by the end of this year and is striving to provide customers with the best service through ongoing dealer training.
