‘G-FAIR KOREA 2019 (Korea Excellent Products Exhibition),’ Korea’s largest specialized exhibition for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), is set to significantly strengthen the promotional and marketing support offered to participating companies.

Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator (hereinafter GBSA) will provide a ‘Marketing Package’ to promote and market the companies participating in ‘G-FAIR KOREA 2019 (hereinafter G-FAIR 2019),’ which will be held from October 31 to November 3 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang City.

The ‘Marketing Package’ consists of a ‘PR Support Division,’ centered on SNS promotion, and a ‘Marketing Support Division,’ designed to maximize brand trust among buyers and visitors at the exhibition venue.

The PR Support Division includes △the production of promotional content and SNS marketing support (via the official G-FAIR Facebook, Instagram, and blog), △promotion through YouTube creators, and △media promotion support. Once a company’s participation in the exhibition is confirmed, it will receive these services from before the exhibition through the exhibition period.

The Marketing Support Division includes △the provision of space for participating companies to hold forums, conferences, and contract and agreement signing ceremonies during G-FAIR 2019, and △the ‘G-FAIR Award,’ which recognizes outstanding products.

In addition, during the exhibition, business consultations will be held simultaneously with approximately 870 influential overseas buyers from 750 companies across 50 countries, as well as around 400 purchasing managers from major domestic corporate distributors—developments expected to provide substantial help to participating companies in opening up new sales channels.

Meanwhile, ‘G-FAIR 2019,’ now in its 22nd year, is Korea’s largest specialized SME exhibition, drawing some 80,000 visitors each year. It is hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the National Council of Economic Promotion Agencies, and organized by GBSA and KOTRA.

A total of 850 companies will participate in this exhibition, setting up 1,250 booths across four themed halls—△Living, △Dining, △Leisure, and △Beauty. In particular, the event will newly unveil special halls such as a Startup Zone for domestic and international startups and a Fourth Industrial Fun Park featuring robot exhibitions and hands-on experiences.

GBSA President Kim Ki-jun said, “Above all, this year’s G-FAIR 2019 plans to focus all of our capabilities on providing participating companies with practical marketing support and opportunities to create business opportunities,” adding, “We will make sure this exhibition goes beyond merely staying within the exhibition hall, utilizing all of G-FAIR’s platforms to promote companies’ products and brands.”

Any Korean SME is eligible to participate in G-FAIR 2019, and applications can be submitted online through the official G-FAIR website. For more detailed information, please contact the GBSA Exhibition Team or the G-FAIR 2019 Secretariat.
