HDC Hyundai Development plans to supply 15,808 units across 13 complexes nationwide in the second half of this year.

HDC Hyundai Development supplied 2,432 units across four complexes in the first half, and including its second-half supply plan, it will supply a total of 18,240 units across 17 complexes this year. This represents an increase of approximately 20% compared with the 15,579 units across 15 complexes supplied last year.

By business type for the second half of the year, the company plans to supply a total of 18,240 units, comprising 7,196 units in private-market projects, 4,807 units in urban regeneration projects, 1,600 units on its own development sites, and 2,205 units of publicly supported private rental housing.

The second-half urban regeneration project sites in Seoul are the Ahyeon District 2 and the Gaenari 4th complex, a project site in the Gangnam area. Outside Seoul, units are also scheduled to be supplied at Oncheon District 2 in Busan, Imgok District 3 in Anyang, and Bokhyeon Siyeong in Daegu. Among the company's own development sites, where HDC Hyundai Development holds particular strengths and expertise, the Pyeongtaek Fashion Town mixed-use complex (residential officetels) is planned, and at year-end it will unveil Gocheok I'PARK (publicly supported private rental housing).

The first project to be sold in the second half was Kkumui Sup I'PARK, followed by the sequential sales of Daegu Yeongyeong I'PARK and Cheongju Gagyeong I'PARK Complex 3. Cheongju Gagyeong I'PARK Complex 3 will comprise eight buildings ranging from three basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 983 units in exclusive-use areas of 84–144㎡. Together with Cheongju Gagyeong I'PARK Complex 1 (905 units) in 2016 and Complex 2 (664 units) in 2017, Cheongju Gagyeong I'PARK Complex 3 will establish a large-scale I'PARK brand town of 2,552 units representing Cheongju.

The Pyeongtaek Fashion Town mixed-use complex, scheduled to be unveiled in August in the vicinity of 155-2 Jangdang-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, will consist of two buildings ranging from seven basement levels to 27 above-ground floors, with 1,200 residential officetel units. Adjacent to the Godeok New Town in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, it offers excellent access to the greater Seoul metropolitan area, with convenient wide-area travel via SRT Jije Station and Subway Line 1.

At year-end, the company plans to supply publicly supported private rental housing comprising 11 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 45 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,205 units, in the vicinity of 100 Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul. The publicly supported private rental housing will offer a variety of resident services and large-scale commercial facilities, making it a project site that combines the marketability of the private sector with the housing stability of the public sector.

A company official said, "Just as we have secured excellent project sites and achieved stable sales results, we expect to deliver solid business performance in the second half of this year as well, leveraging outstanding locations and marketability along with the power of the I'PARK brand."
