Design Recognized Across All Categories

Samsung Electronics has won a total of 75 awards, including two Gold Awards, at Germany's international design competition, the ‘iF Design Award 2024 (International Forum Design Award 2024).’

Including this year's Gold Award-winning ‘OLED TV (S95C)’ and the ‘Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition’ package, Samsung Electronics received 38 awards in the Product category, 16 in the UX·UI category, 10 in the Concept category, 9 in the Communication category, 1 in the Packaging category, and 1 in the Service category.

The Gold Award-winning ‘OLED TV (S95C)’ has an ultra-slim thickness of 9.9 mm, minimizing the gap when wall-mounted so that it can sit flush against the wall, enhancing the elegance of the space and heightening immersion.

At the ‘iF Design Award 2024,’ Samsung Electronics was recognized for outstanding design across all fields, including product, UI, and communication, recording 75 awards.

In addition to the Gold Award winners, in the Product category the following also received awards: △the ‘Bespoke AI Combo,’ an all-in-one washer·dryer that handles everything from washing to drying quickly in a single unit; △‘Music Frame,’ a picture-frame-style speaker that suits spaces of various lifestyles; and △the foldable phones ‘Galaxy Z Flip5’ and ‘Galaxy Z Fold5,’ which maximize the cover screen usage experience.

In categories other than Product, the following were also selected for outstanding design: △‘Samsung Now+,’ which detects users even when the TV is not being watched and provides useful information such as weather details as well as in-home energy usage and SmartThings home cameras; △‘Q-Symphony,’ which maximizes the immersive experience by analyzing the consumer's viewing space based on AI Sound technology; and the Design Samsung website, newly renewed with an enhanced mobile usage experience and a user-friendly interface.
