KCC Glass (CEO Kim Nae-hwan) has partnered with the online shopping site 11st to launch window installation products. This marks KCC Glass's first official entry into an online open-market platform.
To celebrate its launch on 11st, KCC Glass is offering a discount of up to 30% to all customers who order KCC window installation products by March 15. In addition, the company is running an event that gives out Shinsegae gift certificates and Starbucks coffee coupons to customers who write purchase reviews.
The window installation product is a package that includes everything from an on-site consultation and measurement to installation, removal, and after-sales service. The KCC Windows Basic living-room exterior double window (3.1 m wide, 2.3 m high) is priced at 2.32 million won, a 25% discount, while the Premium package for remodeling all windows costs 6.49 million won for a 25-pyeong home, a 30% discount.
When a product is ordered, a KCC Glass employee visits the home in person to conduct the customer consultation and measurement, after which an installation contract is signed. The installation contract is a direct contract with KCC Glass, and specialized services are provided, including consultation and contracting by KCC Glass headquarters staff and VOC checks throughout the installation process.
Even if a customer changes their mind and does not proceed with a contract after the measurement consultation, the full order amount is refundable, so customers can receive a measurement consultation with no pressure. In addition, customers who want to see the windows in person can check the products viewed online at 10 Home CC stores nationwide.
