Collaborating with emerging artists under the theme ‘Eye of the beholder’
Treating home appliances as artworks and living spaces as galleries
LG Electronics has introduced an art series created in collaboration with emerging contemporary artists under the theme of its ultra-premium home appliance brand ‘LG SIGNATURE,’ presenting it on the ‘LG SIGNATURE official global website.’
Under the theme ‘Eye of the beholder,’ the ‘LG SIGNATURE’ art series features emerging artists who treated home appliances as artworks and living spaces as galleries, expressing LG SIGNATURE through photography and video.
LG Electronics has unveiled works by three artists: Santi Zoraidez, Peter Tarka, and Andreas Wannerstedt.
Santi Zoraidez, a creator from Argentina, has collaborated with the likes of IKEA and Nike. This time, using color and light, he expressed the elegance and simplicity of ‘LG SIGNATURE’ in a fresh way with his original sensibility.
Peter Tarka, an art director and illustrator from Poland, has won Silver Lion and Bronze Lion awards at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Based in London, he expressed the beauty of LG SIGNATURE through distinctive, geometric designs using playful and intense colors.
Andreas Wannerstedt, a 3D motion graphics artist from Sweden, has collaborated with various renowned brands such as Omega, Swarovski, Adidas, and Red Bull for more than a decade. His work featuring LG SIGNATURE placed the product in an abstract space, emphasizing minimal design and sculptural beauty.
LG Electronics considers that, through its collaborations with emerging contemporary artists, it has demonstrated artistic value that spans tradition and modernity.
