LG Electronics Exhibits Works by Actor Ha Jung-woo to Mark 2nd Anniversary of 'SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE' Nonhyeon Showroom

LG Electronics has transformed its 'SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE' Nonhyeon showroom into an artistic space by exhibiting works by actor Ha Jung-woo.

On May 27, LG Electronics held a commemorative event to mark the second anniversary of the opening of the SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE Nonhyeon showroom, located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, inviting some 300 guests including interior designers and fashion brand editors.

At the event, Ha Jung-woo presented 20 paintings under the theme of 'My Life Kitchen: 3E,' representing the role of the kitchen. The 3E stands for Equator, Environment, and Ensemble. For Ha, the kitchen is the 'Equator' (center) of the home, a space that creates a comfortable 'Environment' and brings life into 'Ensemble' (harmony).

Ha's signature work, 'Signature,' uses the light and colors of Hawaii, which influenced his artistic world, to express the essential values he pursues through a variety of patterns and hues. This work shares a similar orientation with SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE, which pursues the essence of the brand and elevates its products into art.

LG Electronics is exhibiting Ha's works at the SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE Nonhyeon showroom for three weeks, through the second week of June. Customers who visit the Nonhyeon showroom can tour the exhibition space designed by LG Electronics and Ha.

In 2017, LG Electronics opened the SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE Nonhyeon showroom, Korea's first ultra-premium built-in exhibition hall. The Nonhyeon showroom is not simply a store for selling products, but provides total solutions for spaces. It is also a cultural space where customers can experience an ultra-premium kitchen firsthand and share lifestyles.

Customer responses to the Nonhyeon showroom have been positive as well. Last year, more than 15,000 customers visited the Nonhyeon showroom over the course of the year. Driven by the growing trend of attention to the harmony between home appliances and furniture, the number of customers visiting the Nonhyeon showroom this year is expected to surpass last year's figures.
