LG Hausys is accelerating its push into the hotel interior market by participating in the ‘2020 Hotel Fair.’
In this regard, LG Hausys announced that it took part in the ‘2020 Hotel Fair,’ a specialized exhibition for the hotel industry held at COEX in Seoul from February 12 to 14, where it showcased hotel interior materials such as flooring and wallpaper for commercial spaces.
At this exhibition, LG Hausys displayed premium products suited to hotel interiors—considered among the most upscale commercial spaces—including tile flooring such as ‘Econo Plus,’ ‘Prestige,’ and ‘Zia Maru Style,’ as well as semi-noncombustible and flame-retardant wallpaper and the deck flooring ‘Woozen Real Easy.’
In particular, ‘Prestige,’ which has gained popularity as a hotel flooring material thanks to its luxurious design as well as strong durability and ease of installation, and flame-retardant wallpaper, which must be used in fire-safety-designated facilities such as hotels for fire safety, drew great interest from visitors.
In addition, during the exhibition LG Hausys actively pursued new customers by hosting a seminar that introduced the latest interior trends and the company’s products, inviting some 50 hotel industry professionals, designers, and interior specialists.
Park Gwi-bong, Executive Vice President and Head of LG Hausys’ Décor Materials Business Division, said, “For commercial spaces such as hotels, the use of differentiated interior finishing materials that can attract customers—along with storytelling that delivers experiences through space—has recently become even more important,” adding, “Going forward, we will continue to present premium products unique to LG Hausys and expand our influence in the hotel interior market.”
