Large-Scale Exhibition Hall Featuring Model House Spaces, a Petterior Theme Zone and More

LX Hausys took part in ‘2025 Korea Build Week,’ held from July 30 to August 2 at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, actively targeting demand for partial remodeling during the summer vacation season and for the peak autumn interior season.

At the expo, LX Hausys set up a large-scale exhibition hall that included model house spaces composed of popular products such as windows, interior doors, flooring, wall panels and kitchens, a petterior theme zone, and some 20 consultation booths.

First, the model house spaces drew great attention with products such as the ‘View Frame Window,’ which secures top-tier (Grade 1) high-insulation performance through a multi-chamber design and, for the first time in Korea, features a bezel-less design in which the window frame is almost invisible, and the ‘Editon Flooring & Wall Panels,’ which can create a marble look. Both products recently proved their popularity by being named among the ‘2025 Korea Green Products of the Year,’ selected directly by consumers.

In particular, the ‘Petterior Theme Zone,’ furnished with products certified under the Pet-Safe (PS) certification—such as ‘X-Comfort Flooring,’ which supports safe walking for pets thanks to its dual cushioning layer and slip-resistance performance, and ‘Diamant Fortis Wallpaper,’ which boasts outstanding durability against cat scratches and the like—also caught visitors’ eyes.

A ‘Finishing Material Matching Table,’ where visitors could combine various product samples such as flooring, wallpaper and interior film to design their own interior space, also received a positive response.

Meanwhile, at the consultation booths, some 40 interior experts from dealerships affiliated with LX Hausys Z:IN Square showrooms in the Seoul metropolitan area were on hand to provide one-on-one consultations, recommending interiors suited to each customer’s lifestyle. Visitors could tour the model house spaces and receive on-the-spot consultations for any products of interest.

During Korea Build Week, LX Hausys offered discounts of up to 15% to customers who visited the exhibition hall, received consultation and signed an interior construction contract, along with additional gifts such as household goods gift sets.
