Insulation performance more than 1.5 times superior to conventional organic insulation for buildings

LX Hausys' PF insulation (product name: LX Z:IN PF Board) has won the 'Energy Saving Award' at the '24th Energy Winner of the Year Awards,' co-hosted by the Consumers Korea and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
Launched in 1997, the 'Energy Winner of the Year Awards' is a program that annually selects and honors technologies with outstanding energy efficiency and products with excellent energy-saving effects.
The 'LX Z:IN PF Board' was highly regarded as an insulation product with outstanding energy-saving performance and was selected for the 'Energy Winner of the Year Awards' for the first time this year.
The 'LX Z:IN PF Board' offers the highest level of insulation performance (thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/m·k) among domestic organic insulation materials for buildings, making it effective at reducing a building's energy consumption. In terms of thermal conductivity, this performance is more than 1.5 times superior to that of other domestic organic insulation products for buildings.
Thanks to its excellent insulation performance, it can meet insulation performance (thermal conductivity) regulations at nearly half the thickness of conventional organic insulation when designing building walls, allowing for greater usable floor area in a building.
In addition, the 'LX Z:IN PF Board' has secured the Ministry of Environment's Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification and Low Carbon certification, making it a green product that is granted bonus points in Green Building Certification evaluations.
In particular, the product is manufactured with the environment in mind, including not using Freon-based blowing gases during the production process, and it has earned the highest HB Mark grade from the Korea Air Cleaning Association, ensuring the product's eco-friendliness and safety.
