Display space for ‘Editon Bath Wall,’ the new bathroom wall-covering product, draws strong interest
LX Hausys has opened ‘LX Z:IN Interior ZIIN SQUARE Shinsegae Times Square,’ a total interior showroom, at the Shinsegae Department Store Times Square branch in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
‘ZIIN SQUARE Shinsegae Times Square’ is a large-scale showroom with a floor area of 955㎡ (289 pyeong) where visitors can explore everything needed for home remodeling. The showroom is composed of model-house-concept display halls featuring key products such as kitchens, baths, windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper and doors, as well as lifestyle-based display spaces and a materials library.
In particular, the showroom presents two model-house spaces—122㎡ (37-pyeong type) and 155㎡ (47-pyeong type)—that apply the floor plans of nearby apartments in the Yeongdeungpo-gu area, rendered with realistic interiors that have drawn great interest from visiting customers. In addition, the three lifestyle-based display spaces, harmoniously arranged with LX Z:IN kitchens and bathrooms, LG Objet appliances, and Shinsegae Casamia furniture, help customers choose an interior that perfectly suits their personal taste more easily and conveniently. Furthermore, at the materials library, visitors can examine in detail the specific features and designs of the various products—windows and doors, flooring, wallpaper, engineered marble, interior film, built-in wardrobe doors and more—applied in the model houses and lifestyle-based display spaces. At the Kitchen Lab and Bath Lab corners of the materials library, visitors can directly experience the differentiated performance unique to LX Z:IN kitchen and bath products, such as checking the optimal kitchen-cabinet height and trying out anti-slip bathroom flooring. On top of this, the display space for ‘Editon Bath Wall,’ a new bathroom wall-covering product that has become hugely popular in the market as soon as it was recently launched, is also attracting high interest from visitors. ‘Editon Bath Wall’ is a product that applies an SPC (Stone Plastic Compound; a highly compressed material of stone and PVC resin) board, a new material developed in-house by LX Hausys. It improves upon the weaknesses that had been cited as drawbacks of conventional bathroom wall panels—vulnerability to external impact and moisture as well as stain-management issues—while featuring a luxurious design resembling natural stone.
