SK Magic (CEO Kim Wan-sung) announced that on June 17 it held a mutual-growth cooperation meeting for regional development together with Hwaseong Special City (Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun) at the SK Magic Hwaseong Campus, located in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This meeting was arranged to enable SK Magic and Hwaseong Special City to establish a forward-looking partnership and to further specify cooperation measures for regional development and the realization of social value. Key figures who attended the event—including Hwaseong Special City Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun, Hwaseong Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Ahn Sang-gyo, SK Magic CEO Kim Wan-sung, Production/Development Division Head Kwon Jeong-yeol, and Marketing Division Head Heo Go-un—affirmed their mutual commitment to cooperation.
On this day, SK Magic held a meeting in which it introduced the company's key management status, flagship products, and various activities for mutual-growth cooperation and shared growth with the local community, and exchanged views with Hwaseong Special City toward substantive cooperation. This was followed by a tour of the flagship products' production lines, during which the technological competitiveness of the Hwaseong Campus was explained. Using this meeting as a springboard, SK Magic set a policy of further strengthening mutual growth with the local community and expanding new business opportunities through collaboration with public institutions and companies. In addition, the company plans to actively contribute to improving the quality of life for local residents and enhancing community welfare, based on technological innovation in areas such as wellness.

Meanwhile, the event also featured a meaningful occasion in which Lee Jong-cheol, head of SK Magic's ESG Promotion Team (General Manager), received a commendation directly from Hwaseong Special City Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun in recognition of his contributions to making Hwaseong a great city to work in.
