LG Electronics has launched ‘HomeStyle,’ a service on its online brand shop (LGE.COM) that proposes living products and interiors to complement its home appliances.

‘HomeStyle’ is a service that selects and recommends premium living brands that harmonize with LG appliances, helping customers design their spaces easily and conveniently. LG Electronics noted that many customers using the online brand shop show strong interest in living products such as furniture and lighting during the appliance purchasing process. In particular, the company created this service for customers who struggle with product selection when decorating their spaces or find it difficult to get expert advice. ‘HomeStyle’ reduces the inconvenience of having to search separately for appliances and living products, offering a one-stop solution that covers everything from ▲product discovery to ▲purchase, ▲consultation, and ▲interior construction in one place. The service features some 400 domestic and international furniture, lighting, kitchen, and household goods brands—including ▲Knoll, ▲Alloso, ▲Jackson Chameleon, and ▲Museum of Modern Kitchen—along with over 20,000 products. Among these, premium brands such as ▲Porro, ▲Rolf Benz, and ▲Cane Collection are showcased exclusively. In addition, reflecting the latest interior trends, the service proposes styling images for each space—such as the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and study—taking into account colors and materials that match the appliances. For example, when a ‘WHISEN air conditioner’ is installed in the living room, the service displays a space image combining a sofa, rug, and lighting in the same tone. Customers can use this as a reference to decorate their space and purchase the related products directly within the image. Customers who find it difficult to style their space can also receive one-on-one customized consulting from a professional home stylist. Composed of industry experts, the home stylists recommend appliances and living products tailored to the customer’s spatial layout and lifestyle. When remodeling is needed, the service also supports connections to interior construction partner companies. LG Electronics plans to develop ‘HomeStyle’ into a customer-participation platform going forward.

Jang Jin-hyeok, Executive Vice President and head of LG Electronics’ Korea Online Group, said, “Customers can experience everything from the moment they choose an appliance to the moment they complete their space, all within the online brand shop,” adding, “We will expand it step by step into a platform that completes the customer’s lifestyle, providing a differentiated customer experience.” 1544-7777
