Samsung Electronics has launched two 2024 premium home projectors in its 'The Premiere' lineup.
The new 'The Premiere 9' and 'The Premiere 7' can expand the screen up to 130 inches and 120 inches respectively, and their ultra-short-throw technology allows them to be installed right in front of a wall without a complicated setup process. 'The Premiere 9' features triple laser technology delivering brightness of up to 3,450 ISO lumens, while 'The Premiere 7' features single laser technology delivering maximum brightness of 2,500 ISO lumens. In addition, 'The Premiere 9' and 'The Premiere 7' reproduce up to 154% and 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut respectively, and both models support High Dynamic Range (HDR) 10+ to deliver sharp, vivid picture quality even in bright environments.
The projectors are also equipped with AI upscaling and Vision Booster technology. The AI upscaling technology upscales content to 4K resolution regardless of the original picture quality. Vision Booster automatically adjusts color and contrast according to the surrounding lighting environment to deliver optimal picture quality. In addition, 'The Premiere' offers a wide range of streaming services such as Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video, and it also supports Samsung Gaming Hub, allowing users to enjoy cloud-based gaming without a separate device. Furthermore, through the SmartThings feature, users can connect lighting, thermostats, and security systems to create a smart home environment.
The manufacturer's suggested retail prices for the new 'The Premiere 9' and 'The Premiere 7' are 7.49 million won and 4.49 million won respectively. 02-2255-0114
