Boiler company Kyungdong Navien is transforming itself into a living-environment appliance company, launching the 'Electric Cooktop' kitchen appliance following its air hood and kitchen ventilation solutions.
A key feature of the Kyungdong Navien 'Electric Cooktop' is that it can also be used with metal cookware. Whereas conventional electric cooktops required induction-only cookware, the Kyungdong Navien product automatically recognizes the cookware's material, allowing metal cookware such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and nickel-silver pots to be used without any issues. In addition, the heat output can be adjusted across 20 levels, and each burner boasts a maximum output of 3,400W. In particular, the 'MAX function' delivers powerful heat over a short period to reduce cooking time. Furthermore, the top plate of the Kyungdong Navien 'Electric Cooktop' is made of German SCHOTT Ceran ceramic glass, integrating the control panel and cooking area into a single surface for easy cleaning of debris, and it is also equipped with a 'Kids Lock' function so it can be used safely even in homes with children or pets.
The new product is attractive as a cooktop in its own right, but installing the Kyungdong Navien 'Clean Ventilation System Kitchen Plus' allows you to utilize the cooktop to the fullest. 'Kitchen Plus' is a ventilation solution that prevents cooking fumes from spreading throughout the home. When you cook, the overhead 3D air hood detects the fumes and creates a three-directional air curtain to keep the cooking fumes from spreading into the living room and other areas. The cooking fumes are drawn out through the air hood, while outdoor air enters through the vent. In effect, ventilation is achieved without opening any windows. The outdoor air is purified through the clean ventilation system's 4-stage clean filter system before entering. Therefore, using the Kyungdong Navien 'Electric Cooktop' reduces the amount of harmful gases generated in the first place, improving the air quality of the kitchen and the entire home.
