KD Navien has launched a sound-sleep mat equipped with 0.5°C temperature control technology. The KD Navien '0.5°C Temperature Control' sound-sleep mat is an upgrade to the company's existing hot-water mats and comes in two types: ▲hot water and ▲carbon.
The 'Sound-Sleep Mat Hot Water' circulates heated water inside the mat, so it isn't drying and can maintain a cozy warmth for a long time. In particular, users can set their desired sleep temperature in 0.5°C increments, and dual temperature sensing—which checks in real time both the temperature of the water leaving the main unit and the temperature of the water returning after circulating through the mat—keeps the set temperature constant. A separate-heating system is also applied, so even when two people use it together, each can enjoy the optimal sleep temperature suited to them. In addition, a Water Care System automatically sanitizes the water to keep it clean, and the water can be drained in just two minutes using a single dedicated kit. The mat is 1 mm thick.
The 'Sound-Sleep Mat Carbon' minimizes electromagnetic waves through direct current (DC) rather than alternating current (AC) heating-wire connections and a detachable adapter, and delivers deep warmth via radiant heating from far-infrared rays emitted by carbon-infused heating wires. It also features temperature adjustment in 0.5°C increments and a fast-heating mode that reaches the set temperature more quickly at initial startup. In addition, it uses Heptacore heating wires made up of seven heating wires, applies temperature-sensing wires across the entire mat, and is made with PU foam, a highly elastic sponge material. Both '0.5°C Temperature Control' sound-sleep mats also feature a Sleep Care System that accounts for body temperature changes during sleep and progressively delivers the optimal temperature change, allowing users to set their sleep temperature to match their own sleep patterns. A 3-year free warranty is also provided.
