The ‘Condensation-Specialized Window’ is a product that prevents both the condensation caused by temperature differences between the interior and exterior and the interior ingress of rainwater. With Korea’s only frame-integrated structure designed to prevent condensation-water overflow, it can prevent not only mold caused by moisture but also damage to interior finishing materials.
Konggan System Windows’ ‘Condensation-Specialized Window’ comes in a standard model measuring 158 mm wide including the frame, and a 250 mm premium model. The interior of the window frame consists of a multi-chamber structure that is divided into several stages to interrupt heat flow, and a specially designed water cap employing a triple-blocking method is applied so that, even in high-rise buildings,
rainwater does not penetrate to the interior due to osmotic pressure.
In addition, the glazing uses 43 mm triple-pane insulating glass to achieve insulation performance at the level of a zero-energy house. The dual-extruded gasket made of rubber and urethane delivers the finest insulation and airtightness performance. The window’s aluminum frame is available in more than 60 colors, including black, white, gray, and charcoal, and it is also possible to apply different colors to the interior and exterior frames according to the consumer’s taste. The surface finish is coated with fluorine three times to prevent discoloration and corrosion, so the originally intended design and color of the window are maintained. Furthermore, for accessories such as hidden hinges, locking hardware, and handles, the ‘Condensation-Specialized Window’ uses hardware from Siegenia, a renowned German system-window specialist.
