Gonggan System Window & Door (CEO Yeom Hyun-jun) has launched high-efficiency aluminum system windows featuring a Lift & Slide opening mechanism, aiming to gain an early foothold in the high-end residential market.
This new product is an aluminum system window that combines sliding-type operation with specialized hardware. Because turning the handle lifts the window up onto the rail to open it, even large, heavy windows can be opened and closed with ease. When the window is closed, the frame and sash press tightly together, delivering excellent thermal insulation and airtightness while effectively blocking noise, fine dust, and more.
The window frame features a dual thermal-break structure that interrupts the flow of heat between the interior and exterior, and the double-extruded gasket made of a special material provides far superior sealing performance and durability compared to conventional mohair, achieving the best-in-class insulation and airtightness. The glazing likewise uses 47㎜ triple glass to realize high-efficiency energy window performance. In addition, the surface finish is treated with fluorocarbon coating, which excels at resisting discoloration and corrosion, allowing the window to retain its originally intended design and color.
