In particular, NeoKitchen, which has been manufacturing commercial ceramic furniture, has eliminated the defect issues caused by the weight of ceramic doors, and by releasing a more lightweight frameless door, it has made it possible to supply ceramic kitchens with further enhanced durability and design. In addition, the ceramic material that NeoKitchen applies to its countertops and doors is a premium product manufactured by the Spanish natural ceramic brand 'Inalco.' It is an eco-friendly material made by processing 100% natural minerals under high pressure and high temperature, giving it properties that are resistant to scratches, staining, moisture, and high heat.
The ceramic door, which can be considered the core of ceramic furniture, began at a prototype level in which ceramic panels were simply bonded to conventional birch plywood, LPM, PET doors, or steel plates. Currently, the predominant method involves precisely finishing and attaching ceramic to an aluminum frame. Recently, as interest in ceramic dining tables has grown, ceramic kitchens have also been drawing attention.
