Aqara Life (co-CEOs Kim Hyun-cheol and Lee Sang-heon) has diversified its lighting and switch portfolio with the launch of the ▲Slim Panel Light Package, ▲6-Inch Downlight Package, and ▲Smart Switch H2.

The interior industry has recently been trending toward adopting smart-home interiors that elevate 'quality of life' as a key element, rather than simple building materials. Lighting in particular is called 'the flower of the smart-home interior,' the company explained, because even subtle changes such as adjusting brightness or illuminance can transform the character of a space. Aqara Life's new 'Slim Panel Light Package' is characterized by reproducing colors close to natural light, expressing a space's tones without distortion. The '6-Inch Downlight Package' can deliver uniform, deep light. The 'Smart Switch H2' is characterized by a wider range of choices, offered in various configurations. The 2-button model controls two lights, while the 4-button model supports control of three lights and one wireless button. The wireless button can be linked to the Aqara smart door lock to open and close the front door or to control heating and cooling. In addition, it directly supports the global standard Matter protocol, enhancing device compatibility.

Choi Woong-yeol, executive vice president of Aqara Life, said, "We plan to expand our lighting lineup—the core of the smart-home interior—to help customers realize the smart home they want," adding, "We are preparing not only devices but also an integrated guide for a seamless smart-home interior." 02-6949-2662
