The core material of the patented inorganic board supplied by Daemyung International is 'fly ash,' a material made from coal ash generated as a byproduct in the combustion boilers of thermal power plants. Containing more than 60% silicon dioxide, it is heat-resistant and highly durable. With its densely packed spherical form, it is resistant to moisture changes and is regarded as a substitute for conventional magnesium board. It has been certified by the Korea Conformity Laboratories (KCL) as meeting standards for having almost no formaldehyde and virtually no shrinkage or expansion rate, and has obtained a test report. The 'Hardwall Semi-Non-Combustible Board' consists of a surface sheet, adhesive, and inorganic board, with dimensions of 590×2240㎜×6T. With low material costs, it can replace marble, stone, and tile, offers short installation times, and can be easily installed by carpentry teams. The 'Hardwall Semi-Non-Combustible Temba Board' has dimensions of 210×2440㎜×12T and offers surface designs such as wood grain and marble, broadening the range of choices. When Temba board is installed crosswise with the board, it delivers cost-saving effects and completes a high-quality interior finish. The 'Louver-Type Sound-Absorbing Flame-Retardant Temba Board' offers sound-absorption performance comparable to ready-made perforated panels, and flame-retardant products are also being released. Made in a Temba board form, it excels in design and, thanks to its light weight, can be installed not only on walls but also on ceilings. An art board made of flame-retardant polyester is combined on the back side of square battens coated with a flame-retardant designated film, so while it takes the form of a Temba board, it simultaneously adds sound-absorbing, flame-retardant, and insulation functions.
