Stanley Black & Decker Korea has launched two DeWalt 54V FLEXVOLT cordless sliding miter saws (DCS777, DCS778) in the domestic market, combining precision cutting capability with powerful performance.
Both products are designed with the operator's convenience and safety in mind. In particular, they feature the XPS (Cross Cut Positioning System) LED work light—available only on DeWalt products—which lets users verify the exact cut line for precise cutting.
In addition, the miter angle can be adjusted precisely and conveniently up to 50 degrees to both the left and right, enhancing both usability and work efficiency at the same time. Together with outstanding dust extraction performance, they help maintain a clean working environment. Furthermore, with a 54V brushless motor and a FLEXVOLT battery featuring the world's first variable-voltage battery system, they deliver powerful performance surpassing that of comparable corded tools.
The 54V 8.5-inch sliding miter saw (DCS777T2) can make up to 220 cuts based on 38×66 mm pine structural timber. Its compact dimensions, measuring 490 mm in width, make it easy and convenient to use even for on-site jobs and frequent transport.
The 54V 10-inch sliding miter saw (DCS778T2) can make up to 241 cuts based on 63×38 mm pine structural timber. With a maximum cutting width of 305 mm and a maximum cutting height of 85 mm, it offers a wider cutting range.
CEO Han In-seop stated, "This new product was introduced at a construction exhibition earlier this year, where it drew considerable attention," adding, "Through these miter saws, users will be able to experience the premium technology and expertise that only DeWalt can offer." 1577-0933
