Legrand Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO Lim Kwang-beom) announced that, buoyed by its popularity in Korea's high-end interior market, it is launching a new product line, 'Dooxie.'
Legrand Korea's new product 'Dooxie' is an interior wiring device whose internal engineering, exterior design, and production all take place in France. The new product is characterized by a simple yet unique appearance that offers a glimpse of the Legrand Group's distinctive identity. In particular, its round switch design—previously hard to find—along with a variety of plate finishes in an earthy color palette such as beige and wood tones, allows users to create spaces full of character. It comes in both square and round designs, and with eight different plate colors, users can mix and match them however they like. Another major advantage is that the switch configuration can be installed across a wide range, from 1-gang up to 8-gang.
Another feature of 'Dooxie' is that it is designed for easy installation. In particular, its proprietary bracket is specially designed for convenience during installation, engineered so that it can still be installed even if the recessed box is not level or the mounting holes are slightly misaligned. In addition, the combination of a plastic support frame and a metal plate provides a more secure fastening, enhancing stability.
On top of this, Legrand has also launched an accessory called 'Claw,' which allows easy installation even on partition walls such as wood finishes or gypsum boards where there is no recessed box. 'Claw' is a hook-shaped accessory that firmly grips the wall, and is a product used mainly in Europe.
A Legrand Korea official said, "To further strengthen our position in the high-end interior market, we plan to continue launching premium products from the European market."
