The new products—▲20V MAX Brushless 12.7㎜ (1/2-inch) Long Reach Cordless Ratchet (DCF512E) ▲20V MAX Brushless 9.52㎜ (3/8-inch) Cordless Ratchet (DCF513) ▲20V MAX Brushless 125㎜ (5-inch) Super Slim Grinder (DCG404)—are designed to enable efficient work even in tight spaces. In particular, the ‘20V MAX Brushless 12.7㎜ (1/2-inch) Long Reach Cordless Ratchet (DCF512E)’ offers a low risk of breakage or deformation even under repetitive high-load work, and features an extended neck design. Its long overall length of 462㎜ delivers outstanding versatility, supporting work on large bolts even in narrow gaps or confined spaces. The ‘20V MAX Brushless 9.52㎜ (3/8-inch) Cordless Ratchet (DCF513)’ is a 3/8-inch anvil product that minimizes workspace constraints with its short overall length of 360㎜ and light weight of 1.1㎏. Both cordless ratchets feature a narrow motor mounted inside the handle and an in-line battery attachment orientation, securing stable accessibility in tight spaces while providing the best possible grip. In addition, they are equipped with a compact high-torque brushless motor and, with an enlarged rotor diameter, deliver powerful output with a maximum torque of 95Nm and a no-load speed of 250rpm. Furthermore, durability is enhanced with an oil-resistant housing that takes into account the characteristics of work such as vehicle maintenance involving large amounts of oil and lubricants.
The ‘20V MAX Brushless 125㎜ (5-inch) Super Slim Grinder (DCG404)’ is equipped with an M10 spindle. It offers high versatility, as both 4-inch and 5-inch discs can be used, and boasts a maximum output of 760W based on a high-performance brushless motor. With a short, low-profile gear case, the industry’s only super slim body measuring 47㎜ in diameter, and an ultra-lightweight 1.5㎏ design, it places little burden on the user even in confined spaces or during extended work. In addition, an ergonomic grip and one-touch guard control enhance ease of use, and it has been released as a kit product including a battery and charger.
