LEDVANCE has launched the ‘OSRAM LED Value HI-WATT Lamp,’ suited to large indoor spaces such as industrial and commercial facilities including parking garages, warehouses, and big-box stores.
The ‘OSRAM LED Value HI-WATT Lamp’ is an LED product that can serve as a replacement using up to 50% less energy than a compact fluorescent lamp. With the same socket size (E26) as conventional legacy lamps, it can be easily swapped in. The new product delivers wide light distribution and abundant illumination with a 200-degree beam angle, and with high efficiency of 100 lm/W and a 20,000-hour lifespan, it is ideal for installation in large spaces with high ceilings. Accordingly, it is well suited to expansive indoor spaces that require powerful, bright light, such as warehouses, factories, underground parking garages, stadiums, and supermarkets.
In particular, the heat-sink design developed for effective thermal management of the lamp helps ensure stable operation throughout the lamp’s entire service life. In addition, the new product—offered in four versions of 18W, 27W, 35W, and 45W—can be used in combination with a dedicated cover accessory. The cover, chosen according to the lamp’s size and wattage, is produced in a simple white design, making it a great choice for interior use in cafés, restaurants, and similar venues that aim for a loft interior characterized by high ceilings with exposed concrete.
