Musco Korea (CEO Jeffrey A. Rogers), a global leader in lighting solutions for sports stadiums, infrastructure, and intersections, is expanding its LED lighting product lineup with the launch of its new product 'QF-700', which features the 'Total Light Control–TLC for LED™' system.

The new 'QF-700' incorporates the 'QuickFit™ System Upgrade', one of the retrofit solutions within the 'Total Light Control' system category. It is the optimal lighting solution for replacing existing lighting at golf courses, sports stadiums, and infrastructure facilities equipped with the company's metal halide 'Green Generation Lighting®' system with LED.

This lighting system is not only economical but also easy to install. It creates a brighter lighting environment while reducing existing power consumption by more than 50%. In particular, among the previously installed metal halide lighting system components (5 Easy Pieces™), only the converter enclosure and the luminaire (factory-aimed and aligned) need to be replaced, which lowers construction costs and shortens the timeline, enabling a faster upgrade to LED lighting.

In addition, Musco Korea's one-of-a-kind 'Total Light Control' system, which applies light control technology, precisely controls light and glare that spills outside the intended lighting area, minimizing light pollution that affects nearby residences or crops. Musco Korea plans to expand its business by targeting facilities equipped with its metal halide system whose 10-year warranty has expired or is nearing expiration, as well as facilities considering replacing their lighting with LED to reduce electricity costs.

A renowned golf course in the greater Seoul metropolitan area installed the 'QF-700' across all 18 holes to coincide with the expiration of the warranty on its existing Musco lighting. Afterward, the course achieved a brighter environment and proved its performance by reducing power costs by up to 55% compared to before.

Lee Dae-woo, branch manager of Musco Korea Ltd., said, "We are pleased to introduce a product that will satisfy facilities whose 10-year warranty on our metal halide system has expired, facilities considering switching to LED lighting to keep up with lighting trends or to minimize harm to the surrounding environment, and facility owners looking to reduce electricity costs," adding, "As a global leader, we will take responsibility and continue to develop and research cost-efficient solutions spanning everything from the purchase and installation of lighting systems to after-sales service." 032-553-8010
