Korea VR Reality (CEO Jang Ho-hyun), a company specializing in the development of VR solutions, has unveiled 'Cobi House VR,' a newly integrated and revamped mobile self-interior app launched to meet the demands of the untact era.
'Cobi House VR' is a free mobile app that enables 3D VR interior decorating. Its key feature is the ability to decorate and experience a variety of finishing materials and furniture directly within a VR space, provided based on real interior material data. Marking this app renewal as a turning point, Korea VR Reality has consolidated the previously separately operated Cobi House platforms into one, improving service accessibility and user convenience.
The renewed 'Cobi House VR' adds 'VRog,' a powerful VR interior blog service. Users can easily post and share the VR interior works created with 'Cobi House VR' as '360VR,' or experience them firsthand in VR. It is also possible to view other members' interior works and share a variety of information. Korea VR Reality explains that it intends to build a differentiated interior social media ecosystem based on the VRog service.
In addition, in step with the growth of the 'Proptech' market—referring to the convergence of Property and digital Technology—the company has expanded its offering of '3D VR apartment floor plans' from around 45,000 to over 112,000. This figure covers more than 90% of all apartment floor plans nationwide (based on 2020 K-apt calculations of 122,000 buildings and 10.239 million units). Any member can view all 3D VR apartment floor plans provided by Cobi House VR through the app and decorate the interior on the VR floor plans.
Regarding this integrated launch of the Cobi House VR app, an official from Korea VR Reality said, "We expect that the newly offered Cobi House VR app will bring significant progress in terms of functionality and user convenience," adding, "Going forward, through continuous updates and service enhancements, we will provide a true one-stop mobile interior service." 1644-4932
