Premium power tool brand Milwaukee (CEO Park Yong-beom) has launched a versatile new product, the 'Rechargeable Headlamp (IR HL450).'
The 'Rechargeable Headlamp (IR HL450)' features a headband and light unit that detach from each other, making it convenient to use in a variety of work environments as well as in everyday activities such as fishing, camping, and cycling.
In particular, the 'Rechargeable Headlamp,' which offers up to 450 lumens (a unit of light brightness) and can illuminate distances of up to 70m, has a magnet on the bottom of the light body that allows it to be attached to and detached from metal surfaces such as steel. In addition, its lightweight body of about 65g places little strain on the neck even during extended wear, and its angle can be adjusted to up, middle, and down positions so users can keep the light pointed in the direction they want in various situations. Furthermore, it offers two output modes—standard and spot—along with two brightness levels, providing up to 2.5 hours of use at high brightness (450 lumens) and up to 4 hours at medium brightness (250 lumens). With an IP54 durability rating, the product is protected against dust as well as everyday water exposure, and it can withstand drop impacts from a height of 2m.
In addition, the new product—designed for easy charging with a built-in battery and USB charging—incorporates TRUVIEW lighting technology. Delivering powerful illumination even from a compact product, TruView uses enhanced premium LED technology and optical design to emit consistent light while optimizing color temperature to accurately render the color and texture details of the illuminated subject, providing more productive work efficiency in dark environments.
A Milwaukee representative said, "This new product is a multi-player lantern that offers convenience to workers and can be used in many ways by leisure customers," adding, "It is practical, being lightweight yet bright and long-lasting."
