Premium power tool brand Milwaukee has announced the launch of the Milwaukee 12V FUEL Jigsaw, which combines powerful performance, high accuracy, and ergonomic design.
Milwaukee's new 'M12 FJS' delivers superior finish quality thanks to a consistent, high blade speed. It was developed in response to the frustrations of workers whose materials were being damaged by irregular speeds. In particular, it can work a wide range of base materials including wood as well as steel and PVC, features a stroke length of 22.2 mm, and comes equipped with a 5-stage orbital mode function so users can work as needed. In addition, the Milwaukee 12V FUEL Jigsaw features an ergonomic design. Conventional handle-type jigsaws had the drawback of being difficult to use for anything beyond standard cutting tasks. The new 'M12 FJS' is built in a body-grip form, allowing not only standard cutting but also under-cutting by holding the grip upside down, and its compact size significantly reduces strain on the wrist and other areas even during extended use. Outstanding convenience is another advantage. Conventional handle-type products had the inconvenience of requiring the button to be held down during operation, but the 'M12 FJS' uses a switch type for convenient use.
The dust-handling function is also worth noting. With other conventional products, dust would accumulate over the cutting line and had to be cleared away frequently, but the 'M12 FJS' comes equipped with its own dust-blowing function that clears dust at the same time as cutting. Furthermore, more thorough dust collection is possible by using a dedicated dust-collection compatible system, including a dust collection adapter and a dust escape prevention guard. This new product has also been further upgraded with an LED function. In addition, the 'M12 FJS' allows two spare 5-inch T-shaped blades to be stored on its underside, and comes with an attached hex wrench so the bevel angle can be adjusted to 0, 15, 30, and 45 degrees.
