Cuchen Launches 'Brain,' Designed with a Pebble Motif Cuchen has made a bold play in "appliance-terior" (home-appliance interior design) with its rice cooker lineup. Cuchen has released its 'Brain' rice cooker—which offers customized cooking functions tailored to rice varieties and types of multigrain—in 6-cup and 10-cup sizes. The Cuchen 'Brain' rice cooker is equipped with a rice-flavor algorithm that maximizes the taste and texture of about ten of Korea's leading rice varieties and five functional multigrains. 'Brain' is an abbreviation of 'for Best taste of all Grains,' carrying the meaning of delivering the best-tasting rice for every kind of grain. When you select the menu matching the type of rice and multigrain you want to cook, a dedicated algorithm runs, and high-pressure or no-pressure cooking is set automatically according to the menu. In particular, 'Brain' brings brightness to the kitchen with a design that embodies nature. 'Brain' was designed with a pebble motif and is offered in two white-beige colors reminiscent of oatmeal and barley. In addition, 'Brain' minimizes the assembly process and uses recycled materials, and its inner pot is made of clean full stainless steel that can be used semi-permanently. Beyond this, it comes with a total of 12 basic menus, including a rapid menu that cooks white rice in just 11 minutes, as well as white rice and multigrain frozen-storage rice functions, all-purpose steaming, and inner-pot soaking. It also features a UI (user interface) that lets you easily use frequently used essential functions with five buttons.
